Henrie is quite simply the best trainer that it has ever been my pleasure to come across. It was immediately obvious that she was good at her job: professional; well prepared; highly knowledgeable; skilled at communicating that knowledge; always positive; she handles individuals and group dynamics well. But the more I have learnt about training, the more I appreciate just how good she is: she creates a fantastic level of group rapport; she uses physical and mental exercises to ensure everyone is in the best state for learning; she anticipates likely problems and diffuses them before they arise; she makes learning new skills feel safe, fun and easy. In summary she sets you up to succeed.
